Britain in Bloom judging - a short video

On 30 July 2019 RHS Britain in Bloom judges arrived in Perth as part of their judging tour. They were spending the week visiting shortlisted communities across the UK for this year's Britain Bloom Champion of Champions Award. They were welcomed to the Fair City by our Chairman John Summers OBE, Provost Melloy of Perth & Kinross Council and our volunteers, who led them on a tour of the City to meet members of the community, see the work they all do and admire the many blooming lovely displays.

Thanks to Ian Potter and his team at the excellent LightPress Media & Design, we have produced a three and a half minute video that condenses some of the highlights of the tour into a mere three and a half minutes. Perth is up against strong competition from Durham, St Helier, Kingsbridge and Castlecaulfield in the Champions category, and the results will be announced in October.
